How to Organise Business Documents Better

Good document organisation starts with a simple filing system. Keeping invoices, contracts, customer records, purchase bills and accounts in separate, clearly labelled files makes documents easier to find and reduces unnecessary searching during everyday work.

Start by dividing paperwork into clear categories such as sales invoices, purchase bills, customer records, supplier documents, contracts, accounts and tax records. Each category should have its own file with a clear label. More specific labels such as “Purchase Bills - 2026” or “Customer Records - Surat” are usually more useful than general labels like “Bills” or “Documents”.

For businesses that manage a large volume of paperwork, lever arch files are a practical option because they provide good capacity while still allowing documents to be added, removed and rearranged easily. A strong board and reliable lever mechanism are especially important when files are handled regularly.

Frequently used records should be kept within easy reach, while older documents can be moved to a separate archive area. It is also better to avoid overfilling files, as this can make papers harder to browse and…

How to Choose the Right File for Your Office

Choosing an office file usually seems straightforward until you actually have to decide between a lever arch file, ring binder, punchless binder or something made for a more specific purpose.

The easiest way to choose is to start with the documents rather than the file.

If you are storing a large number of papers that will keep increasing over time, a lever arch file / Box File (Prince Lever Arch File) is usually the most practical option. Accounts, invoices, purchase records, reports and administrative documents are common examples. The lever mechanism allows papers to be added, removed and rearranged while keeping the complete record together.

In our market, the same product is also very commonly called a box file. Technically, a box file and a lever arch file are different products, but in everyday stationery trade, customers asking for a box file are very often looking for a lever arch file.

For smaller sets of documents, especially where pages need to be changed regularly, a ring binder (Prince Ring Clip File / Binder) may be more convenient. They work well for manuals, catalogues, presentations, training material and company documents…

Customised File Manufacturer in Surat: Files Made Around Your Requirements

A customised file can be as simple as putting a company’s branding on an existing format, or it can involve developing the size, construction, mechanism and design around a completely different requirement.

Bardoliwala Products is a Customised File Manufacturer in Surat, manufacturing filing and presentation products for businesses, institutions, stationery dealers, distributors, wholesalers and other trade partners.

Some customers come to us with complete artwork and specifications. Others have a sample they want reproduced or modified. Sometimes the starting point is only a logo, a colour preference and an explanation of what the file needs to hold.

We can work from each of these situations.

Customised Filing Solutions

Our Customised Filing Solutions cover much more than one type of file. Depending on the requirement, we manufacture lever arch files, ring binders, punchless binders, voucher files, sample albums, presentation binders, calendar stands and other filing or presentation products.

Most parts of the product can be discussed before manufacturing, including:

• Size and dimensions
• Board thickness and…

A lever arch file is a simple product until it becomes part of everyday work.

It may be opened dozens of times, moved between desks, filled with documents, pulled repeatedly from a shelf, and expected to continue doing the same job month after month. In that kind of use, small differences in construction begin to matter.

That is the thinking behind the Prince Super Lever Arch File.

Manufactured by Bardoliwala Products in Surat, Gujarat, the Super File is one of the principal products in the Prince range. It is designed for offices, businesses, institutions and professionals that require dependable document storage for regular use.

Construction starts with the board

The body of the Prince Super Lever Arch File is made using a heavy-duty 2.6 mm board.

The board forms the structural base of the file, so its strength affects how well the file maintains its shape when filled, carried and stored vertically on a shelf.

The outer surface is finished with glossy laminated printed paper. This gives the file its finished appearance while also providing additional protection against regular handling and surface wear.

The Super File is available in several printed designs, allowing customers to choose…

Prince: A Legacy of Filing Since 1971

Prince has been making filing products since 1971.

What started more than five decades ago has grown through years of customer relationships, repeat business and recommendations. For a long time, that was how people discovered Prince. A customer used our products, came back for more, or recommended them to someone else.

That way of doing business has helped shape who we are today.

Prince is a brand of Bardoliwala Products, a filing products manufacturer based in Surat, Gujarat. Over the years, our range has grown from everyday office files to a wider collection of lever arch files, ring binders, punchless binders, voucher files, sample albums and customised products for businesses, institutions and other professional requirements.

Although the range has changed and expanded, our approach to the product has stayed consistent.

We pay attention to the things that matter in everyday use: the strength of the board, the mechanism, the lamination, the finishing and the overall durability of the file. These may seem like small details, but when a product is opened, closed, carried and used regularly, those details make a difference.
